Sod & Landscape Installation in Newnan
- Yard before project.
- Replaced existing grass with Zeon Zoysia Sod and landscaped.
This landscape design was developed by the home owner. As you can see the results transformed their lawn into a portrait of southern charm.
Sod removal and installation
- Removed bushes in picture. Also removed roots to allow for proper sod installation.
- Installed drain from gutters to route water away from house and eliminate standing water problems. Installed Zeon Zoysia lawn.
These are photos of the project immediatly before and after project completion.
Before and After - Leveling, grading, and sod installation
- Removing existing sod, roots, rocks, etc.
- New sod installed
Leveled and smoothed front yard then removed rocks and other debris. Installed sod in summer of 2008. Picture taken in May of 2009 while sod is still dormant
Before and After - Overgrown yard recovery and expansion
- Yard overgrown and covered with scattered small rocks and debris
- Expanded the size of the back yard and graded to allow for proper drainage.
Performed clearing and grading to increase usable outdoor space, removed debris, and planted grass.
Flagstone Walkway and Sod Installation
- Finishing up flagstone walkway, and getting ready for sod.
- After sod installation and walkway complete.
Installed flagstone walkway around perimeter of house and added Jamur Zoysia sod to enlarge the amount of usable yard.
Crosstie Retaining Wall
- The beginnings of a crosstie retaining wall with steps to access the top of the hill.
- The completed wall.
The homeowner had a swimming pool installed behind their house but was difficult to access because of large hill. We installed this crosstie wall with steps to prevent hill from eroding and to make access easier for homeowner.
